We only collect the information you submit through our contact form: your name, company, email address, telephone number (if provided), and the content of your message. We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts that profile you.

We use the information you provide for a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a conversation about executive search or advisory work. We do not add you to any marketing list, share your details with third parties, or profile you.

Our lawful basis for processing is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are transmitted by email to Deverill using Resend, a transactional email provider acting as our data processor. Resend routes mail via Amazon SES. No other third parties receive your information.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry emails for as long as there is an active conversation or a reasonable prospect of one, and for up to two years thereafter for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies — no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. Your browser may still set standard connection-related cookies required to display the page, but these are not used by us and do not contain personal information.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; to object to our processing; and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
